She has been a Legion of Honor Qualifier, Honor Agent Qualifier and an Ambassadors for life Qualifier. Cathi graduated from Miramar University with a BS & BA in Business Administration. She was a member of the Northport Rotary Club for 14 years and was awarded the Paul Harris Fellow.
