In 1973 Hale Insurance Agency purchased Bannister Insurance Agency from Harold (Bud) and Kay Bannister.
Mr. and Mrs. Bissonnette owned and operated the agency until Louie's death in 1990.
Bunny then continued to own and operate the agency until she made the choice to retire in 1999.
At that time Bunny sold the agency to Ryan and Laura Parkinson who were Hale natives living and working in Frankenmuth at the time.
Mr. & Mrs. Parkinson moved back to Hale in November of 1999 and continue to own and operate the agency.
