The Pine City office has been around since 1941. It was originally known as First Insurance Agency until current owner Mike Anderson purchased the agency in 2007. Also in 2007, Mike added our Aitkin office. Then in 2008 our Ham Lake office and in 2020, our McGregor and Moose Lake locations were added. With each additional office, our small town mentality has grown and is the back bone of our agency.

Mike began his insurance career in 2002 in Onamia, MN.
He started at Pine Insurance (First Insurance Agency at the time) in 2005.
In 2007, he became the sole owner of Pine Insurance Agency.
Mike has experience with all lines of insurance with an emphasis in Commercial Lines.
Mike believes in building relationships with his clients in order to best serve their needs.
He started Pine Insurance with the small town service and continues to provide that in all 5 of his agencies.
He strives to offer that one-on-one availability, treating you as a person and not just a number.
