Founder and owner of Westfahl Insurance Agency, Phyllis has worked hard as an indepnendent agent to serve her community with intergrity and constancy for 24 years. Phyllis is a memeber of the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU) and Okeene Chamber of Commerce. I began working as an office administrator in October of 2014. I love the work and Phyllis instilled in me the importance of helping people by providing them the best available in the insurance industry.
I soon realized my need to become a licensed agent and in september of 2015 with a lot of studying, prayers and an amazing boss' support I passed! I work in an ever changing industry but love the 'job' and the people. I love going to work in the most beautiful, faith filled loving environment anyone could dream of. I am blessed! I started working May of 2017.
I am support for the best insurance team around. I am an early morning person, I like to open the office and get it ready for the team to work. I go through emails, take messages off the phone, and make sure that it goes to the proper team member.
