Garver Insurance Agency has been serving the four corners area, including Cortez, Mancos, Dolores, and Dove Creek, since 2005. Originally captive agents we are now fully independent. What does that mean for you? This allows us to search multiple companies for the best rate and coverage available to you! We moved our office from Cortez, Colorado in 2015 to a new location.
We are now located in Dolores, Colorado and operate as a digital agency in order to better serve our growing number of customers. My husband and I have both been teachers and he has now joined me back at the insurance agency after teaching for the past 8 years. It is convenient to be able to step in each other's shoes, but it can also be challenging because we have a tendency to always talk about work no matter what we are doing.
Our family consists of my husband Curtis, our two daughters, Mayci, and Maelynn, our four dogs and four cats (all rescued), and myself, Misty. My husband's side of the family lives in the Fort Morgan area of the state, but I am lucky enough to have my family close by.
