Eric D. Faulkner, ARM, CIC, President grew up in Knoxville and started his insurance career after graduating with a Marketing degree from the University of Tennessee in 1992.
While still in college, Eric worked in his parents' accounting practice and gained an appreciation for the importance of providing clients with a high level of service and confidentiality.
In 1993, Eric put his education and work experience to use with Sedgwick James, at the time the world's third-largest insurance broker.

Brent Wilson, Commercial and Personal Lines Account Manager, grew up in Knoxville and currently resides in Fountain City.
He began his career in insurance in 2006 when he joined Gaylon Wilson Insurance to manage the Life and Health Insurance Department at the agency.
He holds his licenses in Life, Health, Property, and Casualty and has spent the last eight years helping clients with all of their insurance needs.
When Brent is not working, he is usually spending his time with his wife, Monica, and their daughters, Camille and Maggie.

When he is not coaching youth league football, Brett, Vanessa, and Marshall enjoy spending time with their English Bulldogs, Jade & Hoss and their Boxer, Eve.

Over the past several years this has evolved into a career in insurance helping people learn about their Medicare options.
