Growing up in a large family, Francis is one of eleven kids raised on a farm. His father, Elmer, decided to get into the insurance business in 1962. Francis followed in his father's footsteps 15 years later joining him in 1977. In 1994, Francis' wife Denise joined the agency with her emphasis being health insurance. Their son Blake joined the agency full time in 2010 starting the third generation.
In 2019, Blake bought the personal lines portion of the business from Francis and Denise and is operating under the name "Beaudry Hometown Insurance LLC." Francis and Denise are continuing their business but working solely with health insurance with their main emphasis on Medicare coverage.
