Marshall County Mutual Insurance Company is allowed to insure property as described in Chapter 67A.
We may write in all of the following counties: Marshall, Kittson, Roseau, Pennington, Beltrami, Polk and Lake of the Woods.
Members seeking nominations for election to the Board of Directors must submit their names in writing to the Secretary of the Board of Directors or the Company Office at least thirty(30) days prior to the date of the annual meeting.
Nominations from the floor for election to the Board of Directors will not be accepted.
