Before choosing a plan we want to be sure you know the difference between your many options; In particular how Medicare Supplements and Medicare Advantage Plans differ.
Many people sign up for Advantage Plans thinking they are Supplements, they are not.
A Medicare Supplement is used with original Medicare.
Any caregiver that accepts Medicare will take a Supplement because they only need to bill Medicare.
Medicare pays their part (generally 80% of Medicare covered benefits) and sends the remainder of the bill to the Supplement which pays their part (generally 20%).
We also offer various types of supplemental insurance plans, which are needed when life's unexpected health issues come up.
Having this type of insurance can save you thousands of dollars in medical bills.
Our experienced staff of insurance agents will help you choose the plan that will work for your current situation, as well as help you plan for unexpected problems that may occur in the future.
Supplemental coverage options also referred to as ancillary benefits, are often overlooked, but are an affordable health insurance option for many individuals and families.
Life insurance may be one of the most important purchases you'll ever make.
In the event of a tragedy, life insurance proceeds can help pay the bills, continue a family business, finance future needs like your children's education, protect your spouse's retirement plans, and much more.
If you're considering securing you and your family's financial future, we would be happy to review your current situation and offer a few ideas on how you can protect it!
Term Insurance is the most affordable type of insurance when initially purchased, is designed to meet temporary needs.
Disability Income Insurance is a form of insurance that insures the beneficiary's earned income against the risk that a disability will make working, and therefore earning money, impossible.
It includes paid sick leave, short-term disability benefits, and long-term disability benefits.
More than a quarter of today's 20 year olds will become disabled, according to the Social Security Administration (SSA).
It does not have to be a freak injury that prevents you from working - back injuries, cancer, heart disease or other illnesses are the majority of the reasons for long-term absences.
We're finding some people prefer some of the advantages of going the "hybrid" route for their long-term care coverage.
I work with highly experienced professionals who understand the "Hybrid" market inside and out.
Are very comfortable financially and are tempted to even just self-insure the risk, but realize having insurance in place may be prudent.
Are people who have $100-150K in an easy-access fund like money market, CD, etc. - as "rainy day" money.
Like to know they are going to use this insurance.
