After Hurricane Ivan in 2004 our insurance agent told us there was no re-insurance available and no insurance companies were willing to write Four Seasons Condominium so she let the coverage lapse. After checking with a couple of other agencies and being told the same thing, Four Seasons contacted Whitehaven Insurance. Whitehaven wrote the coverage within a few days.
