I am a 12 year resident of Owasso, originally from Southwest Missouri. I met my husband while attending Pittsburg State University in Pittsburg, KS (GO-RILLAS)! We have 2 beautiful girls, Kambell (9) and Beckett (7) who attend Rejoice Christian School in Owasso. My husband Chad was raised in Dewey, OK and is a Superintendent for Crossland Construction.
We have two beagles (Ruby and Allie) and a toy aussie (Champ). We love to camp and hike in our free time. Prior to opening the Kaci Miller State Farm Insurance Agency, I spent 10 years working for State Farm, first in Auto Claims, then Marketing. During this time I learned a ton about the insurance industry and the State Farm Insurance brand and culture.
In my claims experience, I was able to witness first hand, the impact of a local Insurance agent in times of devastation and the reassurance of being insured with the most financially stable insurance company in the U.S. Throughout my years in Marketing insurance, I witnessed internal efforts to truly put the "customer" first in everything we do and the significance of educating customers in an overly complicated subject.
