I rarely write reviews but the experience I had here compelled me. After researching other agencies and not finding a good fit, a friend recommended I reach out to Amy at her State Farm office. What I found was that the both the homeowner and auto rates were excellent. I was very well received by their knowledgeable staff- both were professional and courteous and patient with my multiple questions. Customer service is not dead! My overall experience was top notch and I see why my friend recommended this agency.
