The Company, established by Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws, is presided over by a Board of Directors. In March of 1977, the Company changed the name to Farm Mutual Insurance of St. Francois County. At that time, the Company conducted business out of an Agent's home. For over a hundred years, Farm Mutual Insurance of St. Francois County has worked to maintain the trust the policy holders place in the Company.
