The oldest of 5 brothers, Eugene McSherry, was forced to quit college while attending Stanford University and return to Watsonville due to the death of his father in 1911.
His father had a small business which included insurance, notary public service, and a bookkeeping service which had been started in 1905.
One principle has stayed consistent, our commitment to providing the best service and advice for our clients so that they can protect and grow their business for future generations.

Dave was born and raised in Watsonville, California and is a graduate of UCLA.
After graduation, he worked for Deans and Homer and Industrial Indemnity as an underwriter prior to joining McSherry & Hudson in 1979.
