Our company was established in 1990 when Randy Loveless became an agent who partnered with Bob Pack Insurance Agency.
It was a unique situation, as Randy and Bob shared the same office despite operating two separate agencies as captive agents for Preferred Risk (now called GuideOne). Through the years, Randy and Bob grew their respective businesses by supporting each other not just as business partners, but as family. In fact, even their spouses have been instrumental in the growth they have achieved.
In 2011, a year before Bob retired, Zach (Randy's son) founded his very own agency. He was able to start a fruitful partnership that grew to three agents who had three separate agencies. In 2017, Randy and Zach saw an opportunity to transition from being captive agents to becoming fully independent agents.
