A graduate of the University of Miami with a B.A. in Economics, Ron started in insurance in 1968 as co-owner of the Diskin & Diskin Agency, a commercial lines agency he owned with his brother that specialized in commercial real estate.
Together, they built the agency from a start-up operation to one with a staff of 10.
In 1997, Ron started his own agency, Ronald Diskin Associates Corp. (RDA) to focus specifically on commercial insurance and risk management.
