We currently offer dental insurance plans from two companies, Humana/CompBenefits and Citizens Security Group, for Kentucky State Employees.
All of these plans are payroll deductible, on the 30th of the month, with the effective date being the first of the month following the deduction.
In either case, you will need to save the document to your computer and then email it to us at krolinsurance_at_bellsouth_dot_net, or fax it to us, for further processing.
