Kurt, the principal agent, has over 27 years of experience, and Melissa is a licensed agent, servicing personal lines clients.
In 2006, Lisa Dillon joined the agency.
She is a licensed agent and is CISR certified, acting as both the office manager and the principal customer service representative for our Personal Lines clients.
In 2016, Yan Zhuang joined the agency, followed by Kelly Marshall in 2017, Alivia Puterbaugh in 2019, and both Mary Flynn and Ethan Watt in 2020.
