Alp Insurance
Workers' compensation covers medical expenses and lost wages for employees when they're injured on the job. In the United States. We understand the challenges that businesses face in attracting and retaining top employees. Any employer with one or more employees (full- or part-time, permanent or temporary) must carry coverage. LLC members must also be covered.

Sole proprietors and partners are excluded, but can choose to cover themselves. Other exemptions include domestic workers earning less than $225 per calendar quarter, some 25-percent stockholders and all 50-percent stockholders, and real estate salespeople paid by commission. Employers can choose to cover any excluded employees.

Sole proprietors, partners, executive officers in a nonprofit corporation, members in a member-managed LLC, part-time babysitters, non-commercial cleaners, harvest help and similar part-time/transient help, sports officials for amateur events, contract entertainers, commercial fishers, and taxi drivers whose compensation is by contractual arrangement are exempt.

A Business Owner's Policy (BOP) combines business property and business liability insurance into one convenient policy.
BOP Insurance helps cover your business from claims resulting from things like fire, theft or another covered disaster and from claims involving bodily injury, property damage and personal and advertising injury that could arise from your business' operations.
Businesses can tailor a Business Owner's Policy (BOP) to help meet their unique needs by adding optional coverages like data breach, business income for off-premises utility services and other specialized coverages to their BOP.
A Commercial General Liability (CGL) policy protects your business from financial loss should you be liable for property damage or personal and advertising injury caused by your services, business operations or your employees.
It covers non-professional negligent acts.
Understanding this coverage is an important first step in managing CGL risks.
An employee in your painting or construction business accidentally leaves water running, causing substantial damage to a customer's home.
A class action lawsuit is filed against your business, alleging advertisements constituted misleading information.
Business property insurance is something every company needs - whether you own your own building, lease or work from home.
One of the core coverages in a businessowners policy (BOP), commercial property insurance protects your building and its contents, as well as exterior fixtures, such as a fence or outdoor sign.
Commercial property insurance protects your company's physical assets from fire, explosions, burst pipes, storms, theft and vandalism.
Earthquakes and floods typically aren't covered by commercial property insurance, unless those perils are added to the policy.
