W A (Bill) Cozart founded Cozart Insurance Agency in 1946.
The first office was at 115 Quitman Street, just west of what was a longtime barbershop.
In the early 1950s the agency moved to 119A Jefferson Street and rented an office from the Pittsburg Gazette.
The office was located between the former Gazette location and what was Franklin Food Store.
Mr Cozart served on the Pittsburg School Board for seventeen years and was a director of the Pittsburg National Bank for over twenty years.

Christian grew up in The Woodlands, TX outside of Houston.
He received his Bachelor of Science in Management in 1996 from Texas Tech University.
He and his wife Casie have three sons: Jackson, Wade, and Charlie.
Casie is currently a second grade teacher for Pittsburg Elementary.
Christian is very active in the community of Pittsburg.
He has served as a Rotary President, is involved in coaching little league, is active in The First United Methodist Church, is on several site base committees for PISD, and is a board member of Pittsburg Main Street Committee.
